Two months before the party, prepare the following:

- Make the guest list for the baby shower Are you going to invite just really close family and friends or neighbors and distant relatives included? - Set the baby shower date. Think of the guests schedule and the guest of honors of course.

As the baby shower date gets nearer and nearer, make sure you've bought the venue decorations, have checked with the caterer or have prepared where to source the ingredients if you're going to be the one to cook, and have bought the gifts.

On the Very Day of the Baby Shower

- Create a to-do list and follow your timeline with a calm disposition. Don't let all hell break loose if you don't get to follow it to the dot. You can always modify your list of activities to meet unprecedented circumstances. Create backup plans so you don't get overstressed when untowardly events happen.
